| RANKING MY URBAN DECAY PALETTES |
Last update : 11-04-2022

Requested : YES!

Hello Cherries! In this blog post I'm going to do something I've never done before which I'm really looking forward to! Arranging my Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes. Now you find out which eyeshadow palette from Urban Decay is my number 1 and which one ended up at the very bottom (Ouch, painful!). The palettes you will encounter below have all been reviewed on my blog. I've put a button next to all the numbers, so you can click on it. It takes you to an external tab with my review of the product. For the Cherries who have already read my reviews, can of course skip it.

I've been asked to make this blog post many times, but I didn't think it was the right time earlier this year, because I hadn't used two of the palettes below for a long time. I also haven't tried all of Urban Decay's palettes yet (which I'd love to do, but everything in time!), so I'm currently arranging my current three palettes. Of course I will continue to update this blog post as new ones follow. Perhaps there will be a new number 1 in the future. We shall see! (^_^)

In any case, I wish you a lot of reading pleasure!

#3 URBAN DECAY NAKED RELOADED

It hurts me so much and I hardly dare to say it out loud, but the Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Palette is my least favorite palette so far. I seriously thought this one would become one of my favorites as it has different eyeshadow colors which I used to use a lot. In particular, the color "End Game" was my must-have in high school until I was 22. The Naked Reloaded gave me nostalgia anyway. Not only because of the eyeshadow colors, but also because of the design.

For those of you who have never owned the original Urban Decay Naked Palette (you can google it as "Urban Decay Naked Palette 1" and go to pictures), you won't get this feeling, but the design has been adopted with this one. Of course modernized. I actually really like this! An old design has come with a new life. Also made of fabric!

The real reason why this one is my least favorite palette is that you can't create many looks with it and unfortunately not all colors can be combined with each other which I personally think is a shame. There is not much variety in this palette. In addition, I realize that I only come to this palette when I want to create a specific look, which doesn't happen often. So I hardly get to this palette. When I come to this palette, I only use 5 colors of the 12 out there. That's a shame! I only use the colors "Bribe, Angel Fire, Bucked, Boundaries and Blur". I made a close-up of three of them, because they happen to be next to each other. I especially like the color "Boundaries". It is a terracotta brown.

#2 URBAN DECAY NAKED HEAT

Number two is the Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette which immediately gives me a warm feeling because of the beautiful, warm colors and design! What I like about the design is that the opening / closing has a magnet. So just like the Reloaded, you don't need a lot of force to open the palette. However, the whole packaging is made of hard plastic, but the kind of hard plastic that you don't want to drop on the tiles if you know what I mean (>.<)

I have used this palette a lot in the last two months and it's constantly in my portable makeup bag. You can probably notice this from the letters, because the gold is fading. I don't think it will take long either, until all the letters are transparent LOL! (^.^)

You can actually do many things with this palette. You can go for a very natural look, something in between or a sleek evening look! You can go as wild as you want as long as you mostly like matte eyeshadow colors and warm tones. With this palette it is really important that matte eyeshadows are loved, because a large part is provided with it and this makes it more beautiful to put down a strong smokey eye. I also really like all the colors in the palette. My favorites from this palette are: "Ounce, Chaser, Sauced, Low Blow, Lumbre, Scorched and En Fuego". Those are mainly the colors I mostly go for. Especially Lumbre! Really a huge fan of it!

Besides the whole palette, I have also become a huge fan of the double-sided eyeshadow brush. It is actually a double-sided blending brush, with which you can finish your smokey eye in no time. It has a somewhat flatter side and on the other side we find an old classic side.

#1 URBAN DECAY NAKED 3

At number one I have the Urban Decay Naked3 Palette. I have been using this palette for a number of years and this is the first Urban Decay palette that I have tried. A real OG, but that's not why this one is my favorite palette to date. The real reason why this one is my favorite is that I don't actually have a favorite color. I love all the colors in this palette and literally all colors can be combined with each other. Super handy and you can just combine as many as you want! You can go from the most natural look to a sexy evening look. This palette is ideal for anyone who likes a natural everyday look with tons of possibilities and then wants to move on to a party.

Keep an eye on! Cool tones and metallic eyeshadow colors should be loved with this palette. There are few matte eyeshadow colors available. So if you're more of the matte, this probably won't become your favorite, but don't underestimate this palette. Despite the cool tones, this eyeshadow palette is incredibly well pigmented. You don't need much of the eyeshadow colors, so they last a long time. I've been using this for quite some time now and as you can see in the photo below, I'm not running out of any color!

I can really recommend this palette to anyone who can't get enough of natural eyeshadow colors! (^_^)
